Overview

This article describes how to define recipients for configured email alerts in JetPatch. 

Once email alerts are enabled, administrators can specify a list of recipient addresses that receive notifications for the configured alert types.

Prerequisites

Email alerts must be configured in JetPatch before defining recipients. Ensure that an SMTP server is defined in Settings > Email Server.

Defining Email Alert Recipients

To define recipients of configured email alerts:

1. Go to Settings > Email Alerts > Edit Configuration.
2. Enable Email Alerts.
3. Under Email, type a list of recipients' comma-separated email addresses. You can click Send a test email to verify the configuration.
4. Click Save.
