Overview
The Managed Agents page can be found at:

Managed Agents gives a “one-glimpse” view of all your tools and servers. Easily view the status and version of all your tools on all your servers.
| Note: The view portrays a specific tool. When switching between tools, the data changes accordingly. |
Filters
Filter by Status, OS, Tag, and Discovery Source at your convenience.
Tool Overview Panel
Once a tool is selected, an overview of that tool will appear, containing the following sections:
Installed On
The number and percentage of servers on which the management tool is installed. Note: this does not mean that the tool is running.
Status
See the distribution of your environment by the following statuses:
| Status | Description |
| Installed and Running | The tool is installed on the server and running properly. |
| Installed and Not Running | The tool is installed on the server but either stopped or failed to run. |
| Not Installed | The tool is not installed on the server. |
| Error (High) | The server has an exception of high severity related to the tool. |
| Warning | The server has an exception of lower severity related to the tool. |
| No Data Available | The tool status on the server is unknown. This can be a result of connectivity issues or a lack of a JetPatch connector on the server. |
Versions
See the distribution of your environment by the different tool versions.
Servers Map
See a one-glimpse view of all your servers. Each object represents a server and is colored according to the tool status.
Exceptions List
In the JetPatch Managed Agent, click the eye icon on the server details column of any server to view the list of exceptions for that specific agent.
Keep in mind that the view portrays a specific tool.
Therefore, when switching between the tools, the data changes accordingly.
