If you have an endpoint that is disconnected because it's coreserveraddress is missing or incorrect. There are two ways to fix it.
- Fix it manually on the endpoint
- Fix it with JetPatch - Deploy a new connector service with accurate Primary/Secondary URLs
- If there are any issues with option 2:
- Please the verify there are no SSH or SMB protocol restrictions (if there are, then please remove the restrictions and restart tomcat)
- Wait for the affected endpoints to show up in JetPatch as available.
- Try to Deploy a new connector service with accurate Primary/Secondary URLs
- If that works, then re-restrict protocols if desired
