If you have an endpoint that is disconnected because it's coreserveraddress is missing or incorrect. There are two ways to fix it.
A. Fix it manually on the endpoint
B. Fix it with JetPatch - Deploy a new connector service with accurate Primary/Secondary URLs
If there are any issues with option B:

Please the verify there are no SSH or SMB protocol restrictions (if there are, then please remove the restrictions and restart tomcat)
- Wait for the affected endpoints to show up in JetPatch as available.

Try to Deploy a new connector service with accurate Primary/Secondary URLs
- If that works, then re-restrict protocols if desired
