Version 5.1.123 + Connector 5.0.0.114
Released: Jun 18, 2026
Extended Platform Support
| Note: New OS support requires connector 5.0.0.144 and above. |
Version 5.1 adds full support for the newest major enterprise Linux distributions, covering both patching and agent management.
These platforms are now managed under the same workflows, policies, Smart Groups, and reporting as all existing operating systems.

| SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15.7 | Patches and Agents |
Major New Features
Platform Modernization - Spring Boot 3 & Distributed Architecture
Building on the microservices architecture introduced in 5.0, the entire JetPatch platform has been migrated to Spring Boot 3.
This is a foundational upgrade that touches every core service and delivers three concrete benefits to customers:
- Stronger security
- Supported long-term runtime
- Validated stability across the full product
| Area | What it means for you |
| Security Hardening | Moving to Spring Boot 3 brings the platform onto current, actively-patched Spring Framework and Tomcat versions, resolving known framework-level vulnerabilities (including Spring Framework path-traversal exposure) and allowing future security fixes to be adopted quickly. |
| Embedded Tomcat 10.1.x | The embedded servlet runtime is upgraded to the Tomcat 10.1.x line as part of the Spring Boot 3 baseline. |
| Supported Runtime | Keeps JetPatch on a vendor-supported framework generation, protecting the platform from end-of-life dependency risk going forward. |
Note: Azure and Entra ID Single Sign-On flows were re-certified under Spring Boot 3. No customer-side configuration changes are required after upgrade. |
UI/UX Enhancements
Connector Deployment - Manager URL Pre-Setting
When deploying a Connector from the JetPatch Manager, the Manager URL can now be pre-set directly in the UI. This removes a manual post-deployment configuration step and reduces the risk of connectors deploying with an incorrect or missing server URL.
Activities Report - Controlled Export Size
When downloading a report from Endpoints > Activities, the number of exported records is now limited.
This prevents failures and excessive load when exporting very large activity sets.
GWT Users - Streamlined View
The Info & Procedures section has been hidden in the GWT Users screen, reducing clutter and focusing the view on relevant user details.
