If you are experiencing issues with patching tasks, user tasks, or system tasks, please follow the below steps and send the relevant information to the JetPatch support team.
1. In JetPatch, click Endpoints -> Activities
2. Filter for the appropriate remediation plan(s), task(s), or task type(s).
3. Download the Full Activities Report by means of the floppy disk icon in the lower-left corner of the activities table.
