Overview
This guide explains how to generate and download a full activities report from JetPatch to assist with troubleshooting patching tasks, user tasks, or system tasks. The activities report provides detailed logs that can be sent to the JetPatch support team for analysis.
Generate Full Activities Report
If you are experiencing issues with patching tasks, user tasks, or system tasks, please follow the steps below and send the relevant information to the JetPatch support team.
- In JetPatch, click Endpoints -> Activities
2. Filter for the appropriate remediation plan(s), task(s), or task type(s).
3. Download the Full Activities Report by means of the floppy disk icon in the lower-left corner of the activities table.
