Viewing Endpoint Managed Agent Files

JetPatch Agent Manager provides an interface to endpoints for downloading actual managed agent files, including log files.

To download managed agent files from an endpoint:

1. In the Servers tab, click the relevant endpoint:

   

2. By the relevant managed agent, click View files:

   

3. Depending on availability, you can then drill-down, view and/or download directories and files.
