Overview

JetPatch Agent Manager provides an interface to endpoints for downloading actual managed agent files, including log files.

How to Download Managed Agent Files

1. In the Servers tab, click the relevant endpoint.

2. Next to the relevant managed agent, click View Files.

3. Depending on availability, you can drill down, view, and/or download directories and files.
