Overview
JetPatch allows administrators to remotely control the lifecycle of managed agents directly from the JetPatch interface - without requiring direct access to individual endpoints.
This is useful for recovering failed agents, performing maintenance, or temporarily disabling an agent service.
| Action | Description |
| Start | Manually start a managed agent that has failed or been stopped. Useful for recovering agents without accessing the endpoint directly. |
| Stop | Manually stop a running managed agent. The agent remains available and can be quickly restarted when needed. Stopped agents are marked in the interface. |
| Restart | Stop and immediately restart a managed agent. Useful for applying configuration changes or recovering from an unresponsive state. |
| Note: Stopped managed agents are marked in the interface so they are easy to identify. |
