Overview
The Agents Compliance Dashboard provides a real-time, comprehensive view of both server health and agent deployment status across your environment.
It is designed to help administrators quickly assess the overall compliance posture - identifying open exceptions, tracking severity levels, and monitoring tool installation rates - all from a single consolidated view.
The dashboard is divided into two main sections: Server Status and Tools Status.
Dashboard Sections
Server Status
The Server Status section provides a snapshot of server health and outstanding exceptions in your environment:
| Metric | Description |
| Total Servers | The total number of servers currently managed in your environment. |
| Open Exceptions | Displays open exceptions broken down by severity level and type. Hover over the Exception Severity or Exception Type diagram to see a popup with the number of exceptions and their severity details. |
| Exceptions Fixed in Last 7 Days | Shows the number of exceptions that were resolved within the past 7 days. |
Tools Status
The Tools Status section gives you visibility into all the tools deployed across your environment:
- A diagram displays all tools in the environment along with their current status.
- Hover over each tool to view installation details, including the number of servers on which the tool is installed and running.
- You can download the report to CSV by clicking the Download button.
| Note: Hovering over the Exception Severity and Exception Type diagrams will display a popup with detailed counts and severity breakdowns. |
