Can I remove patches that JetPatch didn't install?

For Linux and Unix, no, because Linux requires transaction ID and if JetPatch didn't install the patch, it is unaware of the transaction ID or other identifier.

For Windows, yes, because WSUS is able to uninstall any patch on any endpoint regardless if WSUS installs it.
