Removing an Endpoint

Before the client can remove an endpoint from the endpoint collection, it needs to first remove the connector from the endpoint.

To remove a disconnected endpoint from the endpoint collection, the client should perform a DELETE request on the endpoint:

DELETE <endpoint-url>
